At Embré, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
